Regulations

The Secretary of Defense and the Director of National Intelligence shall jointly prescribe regulations to carry out the Foreign Languages Program. Procedures to be utilized for the acceptance of voluntary services under section 3203 of this title. Procedures and requirements relating to the installation of equipment under section 3203(f) of this title.
