§ 6111.  Regulation of traffic on bridges under authority of interstate commissions. (a)  General rule.-- The provisions of this title apply to any bridge under the supervision and control of the Delaware River Joint Toll Bridge Commission, the Delaware River Port Authority and the New York-Pennsylvania Joint Commission on Bridges over the Delaware River unless specifically modified by rules and regulations which shall become effective only upon publication in accordance with law. Rules and regulations, so long as they are effective, shall be posted at all entrances to the bridges. (b)  Penalty.-- Any person violating any of the rules and regulations of the Delaware River Joint Toll Bridge Commission, the Delaware River Port Authority or the New York-Pennsylvania Joint Commission on Bridges over the Delaware River for which no penalty has otherwise been provided by statute is guilty of a summary offense and shall, upon conviction, be sentenced to pay a fine of $25.
