Text

(1) Employment records must be maintained for a minimum period of three (3) years from the last date of the employee’s service. (2)  Every employer shall give notice to its employees at the time of hiring of the rate of pay and the usual day of payment, and shall provide such information in writing to the employee upon the employee’s request. (3)  Every employer shall give notice to its employees of any reduction in wages prior to the work being performed and shall provide such information in writing to the employee upon the employee’s request.
