§ 7705. Records and reports. The provisions of Subchapter B of Chapter 63 (relating to records of traffic cases) relating to records and reports shall be applicable to proceedings under this chapter. (Apr. 28, 1978, P.L.202, No.53, eff. 60 days) 1978 Amendment. Act 53 repealed former section 7705 relating to disposition of fines and penalties and added present section 7705.
