Records and property transferred

All books, records, papers, documents, property (real or personal), unexpended appropriations, and pending business in any way pertaining to the rights, powers, and duties transferred by this Act shall be delivered and transferred to the Illinois Emergency Management Agency (now the Illinois Emergency Management Agency and Office of Homeland Security).
