Recalculation of premiums

On the effective date of this amendatory Act of the 97th General Assembly, the Director of Insurance shall immediately direct in writing any workers' compensation rate setting advisory organization to recalculate workers' compensation advisory premium rates and assigned risk pool premium rates so that those premiums incorporate the provisions of this amendatory Act of the 97th General Assembly, and to publish such rates on or before September 1, 2011.
