Protected series name

Protected series name. — (1) Except as otherwise provided in subsection (2), the name of a protected series must comply with s. 605.0112 . (2) The name of a protected series of a series limited liability company must: (a) Begin with the name of the series limited liability company, including any word or abbreviation required by s. 605.0112 ; and (b) Contain the phrase “protected series” or the abbreviation “P.S.” or “PS.” (3) If a series limited liability company changes its name, the company must deliver to the department for filing a statement of designation change for each of the company’s protected series, changing the name of each protected series to comply with this section.
