120. Prohibited Political Contributions; Penalty. Any person who makes or causes to be made a political contribution prohibited by the provisions of this act is guilty of a crime of the fourth degree and subject to the penalties therefor, except that the amount of a fine may be up to $200,000, and in the case of a person other than a natural person, the amount of a fine may be up to $500,000.      L.1977, c.110, s.120; amended 1987, c.410, s.12; 1991, c.182, s.52; 2011, c.19, s.129.
