Sec. 14.051. PROCEDURAL POWERS. The commission may: (1) call and hold a hearing; (2) administer an oath; (3) receive evidence at a hearing; (4) issue a subpoena to compel the attendance of a witness or the production of a document; and (5) make findings of fact and decisions to administer this title or a rule, order, or other action of the commission.
