Sec. 13.106. POSTING OF REGULATIONS. All specific or general regulations applying to a state park, historic site, scientific area, or fort must be posted in a conspicuous place at the park, site, or fort. A copy of the regulations shall be made available on request to persons using the park. Acts 1975, 64th Leg., p. 1405, ch. 545, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1975.
