Sec. 121.309. POLLUTION OR PUBLIC SAFETY ADMINISTRATIVE PENALTY: RECOVERY. An administrative penalty owed under Sections 121.304-121.308 may be recovered in a civil action brought by the attorney general at the request of the railroad commission. Acts 1997, 75th Leg., ch. 166, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1997.
