Policy and intent

(a) It is the policy of this State to advance and promote a robust and skilled health care workforce that will ensure access to high quality health care to all Illinoisans. (b) It is the intent of the General Assembly to coordinate the various agencies of the State and relevant stakeholders to garner a path toward meeting this policy objective.
