Sec. 111.021. PIPELINE UNDER RAILROAD, STREET RAILROAD, OR CANAL. A common carrier is entitled to lay its pipe or pipeline under any railroad, railroad right-of-way, street railroad, or canal in this state. Acts 1977, 65th Leg., p. 2581, ch. 871, art. I, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1977.
