5. a. No applicant or person or organization licensed by or registered with the commission or division shall employ or offer to employ any person who is prohibited from accepting employment from a licensee or applicant or any holding or intermediary company under section 4 of P.L.1981, c.142 (C.52:13D-17.2).      b.   An applicant or person or organization who violates the provisions of this section is guilty of a crime of the fourth degree.      L.1980, c.69, s.5; amended 1980, c.159, s.3; 1981, c.142, s.6; 1987, c.410, s.11; 2011, c.19, s.83.
