Persons handling funds to be bonded

Any person who handles funds under this article shall be bonded with good and sufficient surety in an amount determined by the Commissioner for the accounting of any and all funds coming into his or her hands. Added by 2006 Ga. Laws 652,§ 2, eff. 1/1/2007.
