Any removed resident shall be entitled to qualify and vote for electors for President and Vice-President of the United States in any Presidential Election to be held in this State in the manner provided in this act. L.1964, c. 134, s. 3. Amended by L.1976, c. 24, s. 2, eff. May 7, 1976.
