Personnel transferred

Personnel previously assigned to the programs transferred from the Department of Nuclear Safety are hereby transferred to the Illinois Emergency Management Agency (now the Illinois Emergency Management Agency and Office of Homeland Security). The rights of the employees, the State, and executive agencies under the Personnel Code, any collective bargaining agreement, or any pension, retirement, or annuity plan shall not be affected by this Act.
