§ 4978. Permit for movement of building structural components. A permit may be issued for the duration of a single building construction project,
but not exceeding one year, authorizing the movement upon specified highways of nondivisible
building structural components, such as precast concrete, roof trusses or wall panels,
which exceed the maximum width, height or length specified in Subchapter B (relating
to width, height and length) or the maximum gross weight specified in Subchapter C
(relating to maximum weights of vehicles). Combinations permitted under this section
may not exceed 90 feet in length, 13 feet in width, 14 feet 6 inches in height or
