Oversight
Illinois Compiled Statutes
Notwithstanding any provision of law to the contrary, the Commission on Equity and Inclusion established under the Commission on Equity and Inclusion Act shall have general oversight of the operations of the Illinois Latino Family Commission. (Source: P.A. 101-657, eff. 1-1-22 .)
