Art. 5.79. OPTIONAL SELECTION AND APPLICATION. If for any form of casualty insurance affected by this Act more than one rating plan is approved for optional selection and application, the selection of the plan shall rest with the applicant. Acts 1953, 53rd Leg., p. 64, ch. 50, Sec. 1b.
