Obscene visual representation of sexual exploitation of a minor

(a) It is a Class E felony for any person to knowingly produce, distribute, receive, or possess with intent to distribute material that meets both of the following criteria: (1) Depicts a minor engaging in sexual activity. (2) Is obscene. (b) It is a Class H felony for any person to knowingly possess material that meets both of the following criteria: (1) Depicts a minor engaging in sexual activity. (2) Is obscene. (c) It is not a required element of any offense under this section that the minor depicted actually exist. (2024-37, s. 2(e).)
