attired person authorized to direct, control or regulate traffic. (b) Traffic and pedestrian-control signals.-- Local authorities by ordinance may require pedestrians to obey traffic and pedestrian-control
signals as provided in sections 3112 (relating to traffic-control signals) and 3113
(relating to pedestrian-control signals).
