Oaths; witnesses; subpenas

For the purpose of this amendatory and supplementary act, the department may administer oaths, examine witnesses under oath, and issue subpenas for the production of written material or requiring personal attendance before the department. L.1983, c. 324, s. 22, eff. Sept. 1, 1983.
