§ 320. Notice to other jurisdictions. The commissioner shall transmit\na certified copy of any record of any conviction under this article or\nof any action taken pursuant to this article resulting in revocation of\na non-resident's privilege to operate a motor vehicle in this state or\nthe privilege of the operation within this state of any motor vehicle\nowned by him to the motor vehicle commissioner or officer performing\nsimilar functions in the state in which such non-resident resides.\n
