Notice to members

Except where this act expressly provides otherwise, all notices, statements, reports or other documents required to be given to any member, shall be given to him either personally or by mail, postage prepaid, addressed to him at his last address which appears on the records of the association. Service by mail shall be complete upon posting. L.1963, c. 144, s. 113.
