Neither the members of the commission, nor any person executing any bonds or temporary bonds shall be liable personally on the bonds or temporary bonds or be subject to any personal liability or accountability by reason of the issuance thereof. 1938, p. 521; 1942, p. 606; Michie Code 1942, § 1560oo.
