New hire information furnished to national directory of new hires

Within three business days after information on persons identified in division (A)(1) of section 3121.892 of the Revised Code is entered into the new hires directory, the department of job and family services shall furnish the information to the national directory of new hires. The department shall furnish to the national directory of new hires on a quarterly basis such information contained in the records of the department as is required by state and federal law. To the extent it determines appropriate, the department also may furnish to the national directory of new hires information on persons identified in division (A)(2) of section 3121.892 of the Revised Code.
