Motor carrier information

§ 509-z. Motor carrier information. The commissioner of\ntransportation, in consultation with the commissioner, shall establish\nrequirements for any person or entity that owns and operates one or more\naltered motor vehicles, commonly referred to as "stretch limousines",\nfor purposes of establishing conspicuous display of valid operating\nauthority, inspection information, and driver qualifications at\nlocations where such persons or entities perform contract or common\ncarrier services with altered motor vehicles and within any altered\nmotor vehicle used to provide such services.\n
