§ 1917.  Motor buses and limousines. The annual fee for registration of a motor bus or a limousine shall be determined by its seating capacity according to the following: (1)  If the seating capacity is less than 27: (i)  For fiscal year 2013-2014, $9 per seat. (ii)  For fiscal year 2014-2015, $10 per seat. (iii)  For fiscal year 2015-2016, $11 per seat. (iv)  For fiscal year 2016-2017, $12 per seat. (v)  For fiscal years beginning after June 30, 2017, $13 per seat. (2)  If the seating capacity is more than 26 but less than 52: (i)  For fiscal year 2013-2014, $234 plus $11.25 for each seat beyond 26. (ii)  For fiscal year 2014-2015, $259.50 plus $13 for each seat beyond 26. (iii)  For fiscal year 2015-2016, $285 plus $14 for each seat beyond 26. (iv)  For fiscal year 2016-2017, $310.50 plus $15 for each seat beyond 26. (v)  For fiscal years beginning after June 30, 2017, $336 plus $16 for each seat beyond 26. (3)  If the seating capacity is more than 51: (i)  For fiscal year 2013-2014, $540. (ii)  For fiscal year 2014-2015, $600. (iii)  For fiscal year 2015-2016, $660.
