Sec. 12.058. MEETINGS. The commission shall hold meetings at its office and at other convenient places in this state as expedient and necessary for the proper performance of the commission's duties. Acts 1997, 75th Leg., ch. 166, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1997.
