Local law governs bond election held by municipalities. — No section of this code controlling or regulating bond referenda shall be deemed to repeal or modify any provision contained in any local law relating to bond referenda held by any municipality, but ss. 100.201 - 100.351 shall be deemed additional and supplementary to any such local law.
