Lien for fuel furnished to aircraft. — A person who has furnished fuel to an aircraft has a lien upon the aircraft for any unpaid fuel charges, and possession of the aircraft is not required in order to perfect such lien. The lien is enforceable in the same manner as provided in s. 329.51 .
