Legal Services Trust Fund. — (1) There is created in the State Treasury the Legal Services Trust Fund to be used by the Attorney General in providing legal services to agencies on a contractual basis. (2) State agencies contracting for legal services with the Department of Legal Affairs are authorized to make advance payments on a quarterly basis.
