Lands may be acquired for rights-of-way and other purposes

Lands may be acquired for rights-of-way and other purposes. — Any and all districts and subdistricts created or organized under the laws of the state may acquire by gift, purchase, exchange, donation or condemnation, any lands within or without the said district for canal rights-of-way, or for other general purposes of the said district, and if acquired by condemnation the procedure shall be as prescribed in chapters 73 and 74.
