Sec. 12.411. JURISDICTION OF JUSTICE COURT. In addition to the jurisdiction provided by the constitution and other law, a justice court has jurisdiction of Class C Parks and Wildlife Code misdemeanors. Added by Acts 1987, 70th Leg., ch. 535, Sec. 2, eff. Sept. 1, 1987.
