Sec. 22.051. JURISDICTION. (a) The Jim Hogg Memorial Park is under the jurisdiction of the department. (b) The original boundaries of the park include approximately 180 acres, formerly a part of the General Joseph L. Hogg homestead in Cherokee County. Acts 1975, 64th Leg., p. 1405, ch. 545, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1975.
