The bridge spanning the Paddy creek near the village of Proctorville in Lawrence county and being a part of the highway known as state route number seven shall be known as the "Judge Kenneth B. Ater Bridge." The director of transportation may erect suitable markers on the bridge, or the approaches thereto, indicating its name.
