Sec. 102.023. ISSUANCE OF SUBPOENAS. (a) The board's secretary shall sign each subpoena issued under this chapter. (b) The board may authorize a person of full age to serve a subpoena issued under this chapter. Acts 1993, 73rd Leg., ch. 269, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1993.
