Sec. 13.007. INVESTIGATION EXPENSES. A locality may pay the expenses of a representative of the department for a trip to the locality to determine the suitability of a site for a state park. If the expenses of the representative are paid by the locality, state funds may not be used for the expenses of the trip. Acts 1975, 64th Leg., p. 1405, ch. 545, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1975.
