Immateriality of descent cast

If the disseizor of an interest in real estate, having no right or title thereto, shall hereafter die seized of such interest, the descent of the right or title acquired by the disseizin to the heir of the disseizor shall not take away the right of entry of the person who, at the time of such descent, had lawful title.    L.1951 (1st SS), c.344.
