Illinois Economic Development Board responsibilities

In addition to its duties under the Civil Administrative Code of Illinois and the Illinois Economic Development Board Act, the Illinois Economic Development Board shall form a Business Regulatory Committee to generate private sector analysis, input, and guidance on methods of regulatory assistance and review.
