Sec. 102.042. HEARING; NOTICE. (a) The board shall conduct a hearing not later than the 10th day after the agreement to arbitrate is filed. (b) Each party to the dispute is entitled to receive notice of the time and place of the hearing. Acts 1993, 73rd Leg., ch. 269, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1993.
