§ 1934.  General reissuance. No fee shall be charged under this title for any registration plate issued as a result of the department's order of a general reissuance of registration plates provided the registration plate is issued at the time designated by the department. This section shall supersede any other provision in this title which prescribes a fee for the issuance of a registration plate. (Dec. 21, 1998, P.L.1126, No.151, eff. July 1, 1999) 1998 Amendment.
