GENERAL POWERS AND DUTIES

Sec. 1006.101. GENERAL POWERS AND DUTIES. (a) The authority shall adopt rules to implement the authority's powers and duties. (b) The authority may solicit and accept gifts and grants. (c) The authority may only use staff of the department and may delegate authority to the staff as needed. (d) Not later than April 1 of each year, the authority shall report on the authority's activities to the lieutenant governor and the speaker of the house of representatives.
