Sec. 22.082. GENERAL IGNACIO ZARAGOZA BIRTHPLACE. (a) The department may care for and protect the birthplace of General Ignacio Zaragoza and shall designate the site as the General Ignacio Zaragoza Birthplace. (b) The site originally accepted by the state includes approximately two acres, described as lots 4, 5, 6, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, and 16 in Block X, La Bahia Townsite, in Goliad County.
