General authorization of appropriations

$170,000,000 for fiscal year 2025; $195,000,000 for fiscal year 2026; $220,000,000 for fiscal year 2027; $245,000,000 for fiscal year 2028; and $270,000,000 for fiscal year 2029. $90,000,000 for fiscal year 2025; $100,000,000 for fiscal year 2026; $110,000,000 for fiscal year 2027; $120,000,000 for fiscal year 2028; and $130,000,000 for fiscal year 2029. $25,000,000 for fiscal year 2025; $30,000,000 for fiscal year 2026; $35,000,000 for fiscal year 2027; $40,000,000 for fiscal year 2028; and $45,000,000 for fiscal year 2029. $65,000,000 for fiscal year 2025; $75,000,000 for fiscal year 2026; $85,000,000 for fiscal year 2027; $95,000,000 for fiscal year 2028; and $105,000,000 for fiscal year 2029. There is authorized to be appropriated to carry out section 3149(d) of this title $75,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2025 through 2029, to remain available until expended. to carry out paragraph (2)(A), $35,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2025 through 2029; and to carry out paragraph (2)(B), $5,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2025 through 2027. There is authorized to be appropriated to carry out section 3154d of this title $5,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2025 through 2029, to remain available until expended. There is authorized to be appropriated to carry out section 3154e of this title $50,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2025 through 2029, to remain available until expended, of which $10,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2025 through 2029 shall be used to carry out subsection (c) of that section. There is authorized to be appropriated to carry out section 3154h of this title $20,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2025 through 2029, to remain available until expended. There is authorized to be appropriated to carry out section 3200 of this title $5,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2025 through 2029, to remain available until expended. $33,377,000 for fiscal year 2004; and such sums as are necessary for each fiscal year thereafter.
