§ 7328. Forfeiture. A watercraft trailer that is not redeemed within 30 days of the second publication
under section 7326 (relating to publication) is deemed forfeited to the watercraft
trailer dealer, and any prior right, title or interest in the watercraft trailer is
terminated. The watercraft trailer dealer shall make application for a certificate
of title to the department.
