For the purposes of this Act: (a) (Blank); (b) "Board" means the State Historic Preservation Board; (b-5) "Department" means the Department of Natural Resources

(c) "Director" means the Director of Natural Resources; (d) (Blank); (e) (Blank); (f) (Blank); (g) "Historic Sites and Preservation Division" means the Division of Historic Preservation within the Department of Natural Resources; and (h) "State Historic Site" means a property that has been deemed by the Board and the Department to have a State, national, or international level of historic significance.
