Sec. 13.313. FISH AND WILDLIFE RESTORATION PROJECTS. The department may conduct and establish cooperative fish and wildlife restoration projects under the provisions of Public Law No. 415, Acts of the 75th Congress, and Public Law No. 681, Acts of the 81st Congress, as amended. Acts 1975, 64th Leg., p. 1405, ch. 545, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1975.
