Sec. 102.053. FILING OF PETITION AND ORDER. The petition and the subsequent order or a copy of the petition and order shall be filed with the district clerk in the county in which the arbitration is conducted. Acts 1993, 73rd Leg., ch. 269, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1993.
